I had a email request from Master VIc on what IKCA techniques would work best against a good golden gloves level boxer.
He email suggestions.
I trained them for two weeks.
A friend of a friend who is 4-1 in the golden gloves NJ came over and we geared up.
He was to try and KO me using his gg boxing skills.
I took a short jab and a pretty good shot to the gut before I was able to execute the IKCA Kenpo technique Master Vic suggested.
Not only did it work, I dropped him and he could not continue.

Master Vic LeRoux is a world class motivator.

Again after more time studying the IKCA video course and reviewing others including Krav Maga I can state, without a doubt that what Sullivan and Leroux have done is every bit as street effective as the so called “Milatary Systems”
Master Leroux is only a phone call away and the techniques and drills are state of the art, applicable to any street/security situation.
I happen to freelance in the protection business and can endorse the IKCA curriculum.
